Crye-Leike, REALTORS Affiliate Broker Teresa Lampley Scouts Locations Around Fairview For Award Winning Nashville Filmmaker Elvis Wilson

Lampley Enlisted In Production Of New Short Film “Don’t Wake The Baby”

Location, location, location is the mantra for the success of all things business and real estate. And it appears the City of Fairview was recently “The Location” for the latest project by Award Winning Nashville filmmaker Elvis Wilson. He and his production crew were recently there at work on a new short film – and Elvis enlisted Crye-Leike’s Teresa Lampley to help him scout locations for the shoot.

“I was fortunate to meet Elvis Wilson along with some of his cast and crew – and spend some time with him in his element,” said Teresa. “It was very exciting to play a small part in his endeavor.”

Teresa says the filmmaker wanted to produce his next short film “Don’t Wake The Baby” on location in Middle Tennessee. She says Elvis enlisted her help to find just the right properties and settings as the backdrop for his vision and story.

“We needed a central location, close to Nashville, but with its own color and culture,” said Elvis. “Because of our low budget we needed to have a place we didn’t have to reinvent in order to work as our primary set.”

Teresa gave Elvis the grand tour of Fairview – taking him through several locations she thought would work as great backdrops and settings for his short film.

“Teresa is great,” said Elvis. “We weren’t buying a house but I can only imagine how helpful she would be for someone looking for a home in this tough real estate and mortgage climate.”

“Don’t Wake The Baby” is a short/serious drama being produced by Nashville Filmmaker Elvis Wilson for the “film festival” circuit. It’s based on the story of a military wife who loses her husband in the Iraq War – and she is forced to make some tough decisions in order to support her children.

While Teresa looks forward to watching the finished film… she is very thankful for the opportunity to put her skills as a Realtor to work in a unique way – to help her new filmmaking friend.
